Asive served her articles with Van Zyls Attorneys and was admitted as an Attorney in December 2014. She plies her trade in the firm’s Corporate, Litigation and Commercial Law Department, where she is involved in various aspects of corporate and company law (advising on the Companies Act, structuring and formation of companies, drafting of unique memorandum of incorporation and administration related matters), contracts (negotiations, drafting and execution of various commercial agreements, with a special focus on property and mining related transactions). Asive has vast experience in Insolvency Law, Litigation & Dispute Resolution , Merger & Acquisitions , Property Law and specializes in Road Accident fund claims. Asive assists various clients to resolve disputes through litigation and alternative dispute resolution.
